What type of Physical Exam can you do over Telemedicine?
Basic physical exams can be taken over video, such as throat, neck, eye, ear, and skin.
I just need prescription refills every month; can I use this service for refills?
Yes, you may utilize our services every month for refills, however you will need to follow up with your Primary Care Physician to manage these medications.
Can I use this service for getting Laboratory and Radiology Orders?
Yes, after seeing a provider, they can email you an order form to take to a lab and/or radiology center.

Am I able to use my FSA/HSA card for the visit?

How many refills can I receive for my medications?
Currently, DOC in a box only allows for 1 refill on medication if approved by the provider.
What app do I need to download prior to the visit?
There are no apps that need to be downloaded prior to the visit.
Is DOC in a box a substitute for my Primary Care Doctor?
No, we do not act as your primary care doctor. Each client is instructed to follow up with your PCP.
